hmm..
i want to make something tonite..but what eh?hmm..

was surfing on how to make ice cream, apple pie, shortbread with filling..eh banyaknya i nak try..kak jae said buying cheesecake worth more than baking it urself..ye ke?well..i admit, my cheesecake doesnt look sharp n pretty like the one sold at Secret Recipe..but the taste is almost equivalent what?plus the satisfaction tht i got after eating a cake that i bake myself is beyond words....aah..remember abt my milkshake last nite?i was thinking the whole nite y my vanilla shake doesnt taste like McD's ..but the choc shake is marvellous..today i know y..in the recipe, it says tht we need half-and-half.. i have no idea wht was it..so i assumed it meant whipped cream..just now, i found what it exactly means..actually it is a mixture of cream and whole milk..but which cream?whipped cream?heavy whipped cream?is whole milk=condensed milk?can i use fresh milk?i dont like my shake to b too sweet..n i dont take condensed milk..if i use anlene ok ke?..eisyk..who should i ask ehh?
