oh..btw just now i make 2nd attempt of vanilla milkshake..still tak jadi la :( .. hmm the other day i ada terbaca we hv to use 'pure vanilla extract' or 'vanilla bean' kalau guna vanilla flavour/essence, they will leave a bitter taste at the end..bila i check my vanilla betul2..it is vanilla essence..so may b sbb tu kot my milkshake jadi tak sedap..half n half tu dh betul..
but i dh penah cari dulu..tak jumpa la kat sini..mcm mana ni?my other recipes pun byk require 'pure vanilla extract' ..my vanilla essence pun dh tinggal separuh..coz i tot kalau i put byk2..i can make the taste better..hmm..makin pahit ada laa :p

since G still kat KL now, i hope he can look for the vanilla extract there..tu pun kalau dia sempat keluar shopping jap la..i hope he can

today..penat sangat...betul2 rasa macam no air around me..this morning, i went to my former clinic to do my research thingy..not all patient turned up..after having lunch with kak niny, fatin n erma, i rushed back to my clinic..reached there at abt 1.25 pm..solat then rest for awhile..mula2 tu ingat nak baring je jap..alih2 i tertdo dekat setengah jap..bila sedar dh pkol 2.20 pm..i have to go to another clinic for out patient at 2.30..kalut jugak la..luckily my staff dh prepared everything..bila i keluar bilik je, one of them asked...penat eh doktor? alamak..mesti diorg nampak i tdo tadi..malunya

ramai la pulak patient dtg this afternoon..ramai budak2..n one of them bite my finger...geram jugak..dh la kotorkan the floor..nasib baik la anak org..kalau anak sendiri mau dah kena marah dgn i on the spot tadi..bila balik to my clinic, felt so damn exhausted...my staff offer nak tolong punch kan kad i..sbb nk menapak ke tempat punch tu blh tahan jugak jauhnya..kena bukak kasut pulak tu..bagus jugak org nk tlg punch kan..but dont worry..i still balik at 5 pm..tak tipu..

baik kan my staff?ni yg buat i sayang kat diorg ni..dtg awal..balik lambat..kerja tip top..wht else should i wish for?i pray hard for this great team will be together for a long time.. AMIN

a really sad song..wonder if the story behind it is true or not.ppl said the song was composed and sung by a 'banduan terakhir'.. he admitted for accusations to kill 2 ppl..his gf and the gf's former bf..the singer n his gf was supposed to get married in a week when suddenly the gal decided to call off the wedding as her former bf came back to her..fully depressed n devastated, the guy killed them both, then handed himself to the police and asked the court to give a final death sentence to him..as he cant bear living without the gf...sob sob sob..
