finished my 1st project!!

ive finished my 1st sulaman project..took me abt 5 days to finish it up..on my 5th day, i brought the tudung to clinic to show it to my cikgu a.k.a my staff, n she asked me to add up a few more flowers..so since ive no patient tht day, i finished it terus..n when got home, i just add up the diamonds...so hasilnya ...taa daaa...my 1st tudung with sulaman tangan ..CLAP CLAP CLAP!!!

today am going for my 2nd project n it is very tricky..hopefully i will manage to do it correctly...AMIN...

i have always wanted to learn menyulam .. but somehow ppl around me are more interested in cross-stitch, manik n labuci..i tot i will never learn how to do it until early this week when my staff told me she did sulaman on tudung herself..without hesitation, i asked her to teach me n she told me to get few things to start it off..so tht nite i went out with mom to get the things needed but i cant find the shop tht sell the kain ela for the tudung..

so,the next day, i brought one tudung tht ive bought years ago but havent been used for quite some time..i guessed it will be good enuff for me to practice my sulaman b4 going for the real kain tudung..the 1st time i watched my staff doing it, i tot it was tricky but i was not very worried abt it actually coz ive gone through difficult experiences b4 n at the end i realised i wasnt tht hard if we put our whole focus in it..so that nite i spent hours in front of tv while doing it..my parents saw what i did n mom encouraged me (a bit) ..somehow i think they dont believe their lil gal is doing this thing..when i told my twin , G, n abang ..all of them took few moments to take it too.. well, actually its kinda frustrating knowing tht ppl around u dont hv faith in u to do things that u dont usually do...hmm cant wait to finish my 1st sulaman project so tht i can show them that i do have some 'fine-art' skill in me...WATCH OUT PEOPLE!!
