stress headache..migraine..

when i told a friend a bit of my life story and my current life style ...all he can say is...
"U must have a very simple life"

well, i guess he was damn right on that..
thinking it back...my path of life seems SO predictable and smooth (that is from the day i was born n up until today)

when i was a kiddo, i got a nanny..but when i turned 5, my mom quit her job to become a full housewife..it was great then, coz mom is always at home.

my schooling life?i can say it was well planned.went to my dad's school at 5..that time we called it 'sekolah tumpang' . basically we get into a standard 1 class,learn and take exams with the rest of the students but its not serious laa..my marks wont affect others.in fact actually i was given used books and test papers.there were few occasions when i felt a bit left out, coz since they were recycled stuffs,i only got to fill in the blanks tht were left behind..tension jugak coz all the fun stuff had been done..

after 1 year, i moved to kindergarten..a real kindergarten where all i can remember was going to school to sing, play, eat n sing again..hehehe

then i went to primary school which was quite a popular school in town.it was OK la..nothing big..after UPSR, was offered to go to boarding school, which my parents asked me to humbly decline it.instead i went to a regular secondary school until form 3. after PMR, went to MJSC to further my secondary education. after SPM, was enrolled in matriculation programme for 8 months..then off to local uni for tertiary education..n now..am a govt servant..working, er happily(?)

wasnt it simple?

never got headache to choose where should i go next.it was like the great plan of life has been laid down before me..

n today, i got my real life tasks..now i realised how low my stress-threshold is. everytime i got problem at work, even the slightest ones, i will end up getting stress-headache..sometimes even migraine.walla...so i am not heavy-duty and stress-proof as i thought i was before
