caramel gula hangus

to those of u who think i cant cook...u better think again..eh, at least i can cook few simple, yet mouth watering dishes tau hehehe (damn, im so proud of myself for that :p)
ok today lets cook caramel gula hangus.FYI its classified as dessert. i learnt this when i was in form 1...or was it form 2?cant really remember. but back then, the teacher taught us to do in one loyang..so its quite big, considering now im being the 'single child' for my parents, n both of them r on strict diabetic and hypertensive diet, it will b such a waste to make one loyang of caramel just for myself, rite?

yesterday, i told my mom im craving for caramel..homemade caramel bcoz the one they sold at bazaar Ramadhan tak sedap.its too hard coz they add in flour.so mom gave me this recipe..its actually 1/10 of the recipe i learnt when i was a student.so it will make a small caramel, just nice for one serving..here it goes :

Ingredients
1+1+1 (1 egg+1 tablespoon of sugar +1 tablespoon of condensed milk)
a bit vanilla essense (coz i love the smell)

Methods
1. Cook (or should i say burn?)the sugar in ur small loyang
2. Beat egg with milk +vanilla essence well
3. After the sugar burnt (turned brownish), pour in the mixture into the loyang
4. Kukus till it cooked well.

easy ehh?
to those beginner, u might b surprised when the sugar started to burn coz it will smelt hangit..dont worry..thts the reason y they called it CARAMEL GULA HANGUS..hehehe

do try..very easy one i tell u..n the result is superb!!

so for those who was thinking to come over to my house but afraid i wont serve anything, pls do not worry...cikai2 pun i will make this caramel for u :)

p/s : i cant put a pic of my masterpiece yet coz yesterday we cooked it in a very cikai bekas, its quite big for 2 eggs mixture so the caramel was a bit thin..wait, i will buy a suitable bekas/loyang for a small size caramel, then i will get the pic ready for u guys to see

p/s 2 : to those of u who likes less sweet, just reduce the sugar n milk..it will taste great :)
