what's for bfast today?

today mom woke me up early for solat subuh, then asked me to go out with her to buy bfast for dad..i want to make my own this morning..

so, remember abt the tortillas i bought the other day?i decided to give it a try..so i make some nuggets and scramble egg..add up with sandwich mayonnaise and cheese for the fillings, stuffed it in the tortilla, folded it and baked it in microwave for 50 secs..the result...taa daa....

the taste is ok la jugak ..hehe ..tp kenyang betul..i makan 3/4 je..so still got left overs -1/4 tortilla, nuggets and scramble egg..
for the drinks, i make my favourite fruit smoothies..in case u didnt know,i really like smoothies now..yogurt drink and fresh milk are 2 things that r wajib to b in the fridge nowadays..what's so good abt smoothies?well, since i makan vege sekali-sekala and i boring asyik makan the same fruits ari2 (we got some fruit trees around the house and my parents dont eat them..so i je la kena makan)..so my solution, make it as a drink..coz bila buat drinks,kita guna byk buah..so cpt skit abis..besides, fruit smoothies have a lot of fibres, so it really helps u in the toilet :p..but then, i only hv 'pauh ringan' a.k.a mangga kecik..so kalau buat air , most probably jadi masam skit..thts y i buat smoothies, the recipe?easy ..

to make a cup of fruit smoothies :-
1/2 cup fresh milk
1/2 cup yogurt drink (what ever flavour u like..i prefer mix tropical..coz we can add in any fruits later ..tp kalau yg specified pun ok jugak)
fruits..as much as u want n what ever u wish..i biasa guna apple, lai, pauh ringan, pisang ..what ever i have in the fridge
blend everything up..if u like it cool, add some ice pun ok..tp since i store all the ingredients in fridge, bila blend tu, still cool a bit..i dont like it to b too cold..but then, its up to ur personal preferences...i bagi idea je from the experiments ive attempted..so far, this is my best recipe..besides milkshake la..the recipe for milkshake, u can get from cili's comment in my previous post..but basically its just a mixture of ice cream and milk..if u like it creamier, put more ice cream..for choc milkshake, u can add up choc bar as well..i guna cooking choc je..hehe...siap blh garnish with grated choc..mcm i showed in my previous post..ok..la..thts all..feel free to give it a try
p/s : im so hooked up with cooking..i dont even hv interest in reading anymore..hmm..should i or should i not take the exam eh?

Now be a good gal .... after holiday take G, yr frens and me advise .... finish your books and excellent in your coming exam.
