lousy me...am i?

what a way to celebrate the coming of new year!!

last one hour i was in my specialist room discussing about the research that we are doing currently..ok honestly, i know im not doing so well in it. the research involves 4 districts in my state n my district is the only one not showing any improvement since we went for the workshop!! terrible..i hate it when things not going smooth..n i cant help thinking n analyzing what has gone wrong..

chronologically, the outflow of the story goes like this :-

early Oct '07 : i was told by my specialist that i will represent the district for the research..Yippie!! (things that i regret cheering up for..now)

29-31 Oct '07 : all the participants for the research project had a workshop in KL..which i messed up terribly for turning up late for the class... (sigh)

1-8 Nov '07 : i was busy preparing for another course..(hey i have to deal with SPSS..things that i hv stopped doing since i graduate!!)

11-12 Nov '07 : i attended another course in KL

21-27 Nov '07 : i had my long holiday to abiskan my annual leave (have to...what can i do)

2-6 Dec '07 :i didnt attend work coz i had to join OT, attended a meeting n fall sick at the same time

12-15 Dec '07 : i had to attend another course

24-29 Dec '07 : abiskan my annual leave again..anyway..its Xmas!!

every tuesday i have to go to the specialist's clinic ..but as far as i can remember, i only got to meet my specialist few times within this 2 months..so, what's up with the rest of the Tuesdays? ..i got meeting..she got meeting..she got courses..i fall sick..etc..

ok..that is about the time constrain that i got to deal with..
let's move to the next reason :-

before we attended the workshop, our staff has gone out to get patients..she managed to get 38 when we only need 20!! amazing ehh? but guess what..from that 38 patients we can only use 5 of the cases..the others are not suitable at all for the research..n then, out of the 5, 3 opted out...which left us with 2 subjects only!! from my daily screening, i managed to get another 4 cases...2 still dok diam abt it..but i hope they will agree to join the research soon..

just now my specialist kept reminding me to work harder..i even got a DEADLINE today..by 8th i have to show her all the 7 cases left..adoi..actually i got an appointment that day with my physician..but she so determined that i have to see her on that day..so seems like i have to postpone my appointment laa.. :(

next week..by hook or by crook..i have to go to school and get as many patients as possible..only got 3 days to find them n show to my specialist..

WAAAAAAA!!wish me luck..i need it real bad now :(((
