cold feet

its 26th day of fasting ..

means we got another 4 days more to go before celebrating Eid..

and im getting cold feet..

this coming Raya, im inviting a friend to come over ..well, its kinda normal actually to invite friends over ..but since i dont really have many non-malay friends, so this year will be the 1st time for my non-malay friend to come to my house for raya..macam mana eh?

at first i was wondering too..in Malay custom, adults esp those who has started working will give duit raya to kids during raya..tak kira la when the kids come to our house or when we attended to their house..but in Chinese, only married ppl give ang pow..so if my friend is a Chinese, working and single, when he/she comes over for raya, do they have to give duit raya also?a bit confusing kan?

i asked opinions from my sis n friends ..ye la kan..better get prepared and let the friends know before hand...they all pun a bit confused..in the end, it was concluded that..better prepare...we may understand the situations, but others may not..so..better prepare sikit2..

then i asked my friend , next time if i go to his house for CNY, do i hv to prepare ang pows too?he said no need..coz single ppl should not give ang pows..nanti lambat dapat jodoh..oh really eh?if thts so..ok jugak..tp segan pun ada..eiskk
